Shawn shares a story about when he called out the name of a girl and her sicknesss and where the sickness was in her body. He prophesied that the girl would be healed. A year later the girl died and her family and friends were devastated. They reached out and told Shawn how hurt they were. Shawn took responsibility and apologized with sincerity to the family. The family was angry but the apology played a huge role in their heart healing. 

The prophetic itself isn't wrong. Humans are not perfect. If you have had this experience take responsibility, bring it to the Lord, receive heart healing first and remember that God is good and so s the prophetic.
