What are your favorite moments in prophecy?
Shawn shares about how he loves it when the prophetic comes from wisdom and revelation because it's more conversational and it feels like people are getting inspired ideas. The Lord says "Come now, let us reason together." Isaiah 1:18. This is the Spirit of wisdom. This is an organic interaction that happens int he moment when someone seeks wisdom or wise council with you so it's difficult to initiate it. When you're converting with someone that needs council you can pray "Lord speak to me through this conversation." It becomes an interactive time.
Shawn specifically remembers hen it started happening to him - when he would feel the anointing in the midst of conversation. People would say to him "I love processing hard stuff in life with you more than anyone else." It is hard hard to hear everyone trials. Shawn loves to have the opportunity to get discernment on some of the core issues that they could then take into journey with a counselor.
