Is everyone who is psychic just a prophet with a misplaced gift?

God can use anyone but he only resides and inhabits and has covenant with those who choose Him - Christians (and some Jewish people as the are the chosen nation). Some with psychc abilities have sensitivity because of deep rooted trauma. Some become demonized. As psychic abilities are rooted in the demonic realm, those who receive Christ and get saved loose these abilities and no longer operate in this. Then they actually have to invite the Holy Spirit to give them the REAL gift of prophecy.
