First and foremost, do not violate the culture - ask permission of the pastoral leadership. Trying to infiltrate the prophetic into a resistant cure becomes disruptive. Build repair with pastors - "Can I teach a class on hearing Gods voice. Can I teach a class on healing?" 

If church leadership is not interested and not comfortable honor their theology while you are participating in that community. To fill that passion within you, find avenues outside of the church to prophecy - a house of prayer, healing rooms, etc. 

If you are in pastoral leadership and want to infiltrate the prophetic into your church - start by going after haring God's voice.
